The Caboose - The Caboose is a family owned ice cream and shaved ice shop.  It is located directly form the Fort Davis Historic Site and is housed in a retired Burlington Northern Railroad Caboose.  Our Blue Bell ice cream selection features 24 different flavors and menu items include fresh, homemade waffle cones, old-fashioned shakes, malts, sundaes, banana splits and hand packed 1/2 gallons.   In addition we carry over 25 flavors of shaved ice (raspas).  You can relax and enjoy your frozen treats on our patio overlooking Historic Fort Davis.  Hours are from Noon to 9:00 pm daily February through November.  Contact Jodie for more information
